A: To rent a motorcycle from Nice Bike Rentals, you must meet the following requirements:
1. Present a valid driver's license, which can be either a domestic or an international license.
2. Provide a refundable deposit of PHP 2,000.
3. Pay the rental fee for the duration of your rental period.
4. Submit a passport or other government-issued identification. (Please note that our staff may request additional identification to meet our standards.)
A: Yes, all the motorcycles at Nice Bike Rentals are fully registered and legal for use on the road. We ensure that each bike complies with all legal requirements, giving you the peace of mind to ride with freedom and style. When you rent a bike from us, we provide all necessary registration papers and documents to confirm the bike's legal status.
A: At Nice Bike Rentals, The daily rate covers 24 hours of use, the use of two helmets, ensuring safety for both the rider and the passenger. A cell phone holder is also provided to help with navigation and convenience on your journey. Plus, We start you off with a full tank of gas, which must be returned full, so you can focus on your adventure instead of frequent refueling stops.
1. Renter shall utilize the bike only for the purpose of sight seeing on main roads. Strictly No off road and lahar driving/extreme sports.
2. If the vehicle breaks down / is damaged - you let us make necessary repairs.
3. If the vehicle breaks down outside Angeles City area, the renter is responsible for the transportation of motorcycle back to Nice Bike Rentals.
4. Vehicle is insured in accordance with current Philippines Liability. Additional Insurance coverage the responsibility of the renter.
5. During rental period, renter must take good care and maintenance of the vehicles as if it were his/her own property, and check oil and water in engine every morning.
6. The renter is responsible for all damage to vehicle, whether caused by the renter or a third party.
7. If the vehicle needs to be repaired / painted, the renter must pay extended rent as long as the vehicle in repair shop.
8. The renter will be liable for the theft of the vehicle. The renter will be charged to replace vehicle in case of theft.
9. The renter must have a current license from his/her country or valid international driver's license or local driver's license.
10. The renter must agree to Philippines traffic rules (Especially about wearing a helmet for motorbikes and non-alcohol driving.)
11. Always lock the bike when parking, Parking the bike only at a secure place at all times.
12. Fuel tank must be returned full.
13. Returning the bike after closing time will be charged of 500 pesos.
14. 100 kilometer for all scooters, every additional klms charged 5 pesos.
15. 200 kilometer for big bikes are free everyday. Every additional 1 kilometer will be charged 5 pesos for all big bikes above 250cc.
16. Late return penalty - 1 to 2 hours late = 1/3 daily rental; 2 to 3 hours late - 2/3 daily rental; Over 3 hours late = full day rental charge.
17. Missing/Damaged License Plate charge 1000 pesos, Missing helmet charge 1,000 pesos, Lost key 500 pesos, Lost CP Holder 500 pesos, Bungee cord 100 pesos, Flat tyre minimum fee 200 pesos.

A: At Nice Bike Rentals, our motorcycles are insured in accordance with Philippine liability regulations, ensuring you have basic coverage during your ride. However, please note that any damages to the bike beyond this standard insurance are the responsibility of the renter. As of now, we do not offer additional insurance packages. We recommend that renters take extra care and consider personal travel insurance if they require more extensive coverage.
A: Currently, we accept cash and e-money options such as GCash, Maya, and GoTyme. Additionally, you can make payments via bank transfer. Please note that we do not accept card payments at this time. We recommend clients finalize their payment method in advance to ensure a smooth and efficient rental process.
A: The distance you can travel on your motorcycle adventure depends on the type of bike you are using. We do not recommend using smaller bikes for extended trips or heavy travel due to their limited capabilities. If your journey includes transporting the motorcycle via ferry, ship, or boat, please inform us in advance. This is crucial as ferries require extra documentation for vehicles, and we need to prepare the necessary papers to ensure a smooth passage for you and your bike. To ensure you have the best experience, we ask that you inform our staff about your planned travel destination. This way, we can properly accommodate your needs by providing the right motorcycle that can handle the journey. Our goal is to make sure your ride is both safe and enjoyable, so please don’t hesitate to discuss your travel plans with us.
A: At Nice Bike Rentals, we set a mileage (odo) limit on our bikes to ensure they are well-maintained and available for all customers to enjoy. 100km per day for scooters and 200km per day for big bikes. However, we understand that every journey is unique, and we are very negotiable when it comes to the odo limit. This limit is primarily in place to prevent the abuse of our motorcycles. If you anticipate needing extra miles for your trip, please communicate with us in advance. We are dedicated to accommodating your needs to ensure you have the best riding experience possible.
A: Yes, you can bring a rented motorcycle from NiceBike Rentals on a ferry. However, it is important to inform us in advance because the ferry requires additional documents to allow the bike to be transported. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can prepare the necessary paperwork for you. By coordinating with us, we can ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for transporting our bike.
